Lavori di manutenzione ordinaria

Recupero architettonico tramite ripulitura e restauro dei fregi, delle cornici, delle finestre e del cornicione.
In collaborazione con la Soprintendenza statale, è stata ripristinata la vecchia finitura degli elementi  decorativi tramite l’effetto pittorico “scialbato” e della facciata tramite  antica tecnica pittorica “velatura”, donando al fabbricato il vecchio splendore di un tempo.
